How quality is controlled

Filament, ferrules and handles checked against the approved sample before production starts.

Tuft pull-force and glue coverage spot-checked on the partner factory lines every batch. Loose tufts are the number one complaint in this category.

AQL 2.5 on the finished goods: shape, shedding, ferrule alignment, handle finish.

Carton count, labelling and photos. Report sent before the goods leave.
